A lot of people who are trying to lose weight fail to meet their goals because they are unable to stay excited about the process. They are unable to focus on task for the mount of time. When they start to see results, they feel better. As the days and weeks go by, motivation begins to go down, people feel miserable.
Keeping yourself motivated all the time is your key to success in achieving your weight loss gaol. Here are some ideas that might keep you motivated:

Having really targeted goals that means you have to know how much weight you have to lose. The goals you set need to be realistic. You could break up the total amount of weight you want to lose into more manageable goals.

Keep a note of your weight and only weight yourself once a week. Write down and keep the number where you can see it. You will see the scale dip down instead of up. 

Have a partner who is also suffering of overweight. If you couldn’t find, you can pick a trainer who could push you harder with your weight loss plan. This will keep you going in the right direction.

Don’t make mistakes thinking they will help you lose more weight because any negative result may hurt your motivation.

Weight loss success depends greatly on motivation and your ability to maintain a high level to achieve the dietary changes necessary. It is up to you to focus on ways to improve your positive feedback and find a support mechanism that works for your personality. Nobody can make you feel inferior without your permission.
