How To Get Motivated To Exercise

How to get motivated to exercise is most important as an integral part of weight loss and health plan.  A lot of people know that but still have a difficult time fitting it into their busy lives.

What I have figured out for my clients that no matter which exercise program they choose, it must be something they enjoy. You can convert the 2nd bedroom of your house into “home gym”.

Home gym does not mean you have the high tech equipment, most expensive. The only items that make up your home gym are:
1) An exercise ball.
2) Adjustable weights.
3) An exercise mat.
4)  An old Spinning bike (you can buy used one from a local YMCA).

I am sure you will love your exercise room. You will not be worry about who else needs the equipment or who’s lurking around the gym. You will get an hour to yourself and it’s a great way to start you day.

What do you have to do to make your workout time enjoyable? Join a new gym?  Join an adult sports league? Find a workout partner? Start your own exercise group?  Set up a home gym? The choices are endless.
